Cope Equities specializes in rural and suburban residential development, overseeing everything from creating roads to building high quality houses to finding customers the right mortgage. Cope Equities is the parent company for Cope Homes and American Equities Mortgage, which allows us to be a part of the entire new home process, reducing costs and ensuring quality. Founded by brothers Stephen and Mark Cope in 2016, Cope Equities has developed properties in 22 projects across DFW.
